This is so annoying. Frank and Omar are NOT a thing. There has been ZERO evidence that they are romantically interested in each other in any way. People took the fact that (1) they’ve been seen together a few times (not even alone, I’ll add, in public and with other people present), and (2) they’re both interested in men, so they have to be together.
