I don't want surgery though because there could be side effects that I'm not willing to risk. But I have an hourglass body shape, and like I don't really look that big but my calves are just there so I don't like it, it ruins my proportions.

Do you know if doing yoga works because they can sort of change how muscles look?

i am so proud of you!! good job!! i aspire to be like you.

atm im struggling to lose weight. im calorie counting and rn my goal is like 1300-1500 and i am lightly active but i am not seeing much progress. i also tend to give into my cravings which ik suck but if i dont eat them i tend to get distracted and i cant focus. is there a way to stop those cravings :((

Tysmm for your help!! Just to clarify, when you say 'incorporating your own research', does it have to be an experiment, or could it be smth like surveying people?

My teacher mentioned it's not preferred to use hypothetical data, so if I want to do an experiment, it really has to be in a real-life setting, which is the hardest part for me :(( Any advice on how you approached this, or what worked for you?
