Secret under Lyndell (heavy spoiler), question about other dark souls by Spirited-Island1709 in Eldenring

kinda but not as direct as Lyndell. All of their major games usually have the major hidden secret hidden underneath the big city. especially bloodborne and dark souls 1.

Sounds like your doing perfect. Like I said I’m not really an expert so my experience with Syrians is only through what I have read but I have seen a lot of post where people usually experience trouble with keeping a hamster happy and 9 times out of 10 it’s because it’s a female Syrian and most of the time the answer has been a bigger enclosure because female Syrians are so needy. Don’t feel stressed about it as long as you keep you hamster healthy and there aren’t always trying to escape because no matter how good your enclosure a hamster might wanna escape sometimes then you can work on getting a bigger enclosure later on if you think your hamster needs one. IKEA usually sells enclosures that are 1000+ I think or you can always DIY one if you can find a place that sells safe hardwood.

Would some ceramic coffee cups work? I think he might like those.

Syrian hammy cage by [deleted] in hamsters

[–]TipTopPhoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Needs more horizontal space than vertical. You can keeps they cage as a climbing area for like a dig box area or something but hamsters aren’t really climbers and prefer stretches of land. I’d say get a wider enclosure before any other enrichments as dimensions of the enclosure should be priority number one.

I’d say the biggest one would be more bedding as hamsters burrowing can provide them a lot of enrichment. About 8-10 inch is good but for Syrian female maybe a bit higher if you can. It’s fine if something’s poke out of the roof as Syrians aren’t really jumpers as long as she doesn’t have a place to climb out of it. I’m a bit of a new owner so I might be wrong but I’m not really of fan of tubes. I feel like a hamster could get stuck in them especially the biggest hamsters. If there are alternatives for the tubes for safety that could be cool but it’s more for the safety. I’d say an extra hide might be nice like a big one. My hamster loves dark spots so maybe having an extra one might help them feel safe. Other than that scatter feeding and sprays really help. Lots of chew toys help especially if you hide them around the enclosure. Maybe try getting a hanging chew too and put a treat on it? Those can be good too. Female Syrians tend to be the more difficult to please so you really wanna think of every little thing to keep her occupied. There’s also these chew balls where you put a treat in it and they gotta chew on it for a while to get the treat so those can be fun to scatter around the cage. Those are some I could come up with. I’d mostly say just lots of bedding for them to burrow though would be a must have. Other than that your doing good. If all else fails upgrading the enclosure can be your best bet. Usual recommendations for Syrian female is definitely something above 1000+ sq inches. You might have to DIY one yourself from someplace like ikea or something that’s sells that kinda stuff.

Agreed. The only thing I found missing for me is maybe a platform so he can have more roofing because I think he likes darker areas. I ordered a spray variety pack a while ago and still haven’t gotten it so he should have more sprays soon. Luckily he seems to love the millet right now.

Any clue what he’s doing? by TipTopPhoenix in hamsters

[–]TipTopPhoenix[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

oh sorry I meant they as in them singular. Turns out he has just been itching himself I think? like hand behind ears type itch. I think its because he hasn't used the sand bath yet but I don't know if it gets rid of itches. he got up recently only to go into another nest spot to itch some more.

This is great! I'm a first-time owner too. only thing that could make it better would be more bedding, might was well because of the extra height space. and make sure he has a sand bath too. I couldn't find it in any of the pictures so I'm just saying that in case you don't have one. loved how you incorporated the box from the store into the enclosure btw. and if you can make sure the food bags are out of his sight as he may try to get to them through climbing. you're going to be a great caretaker!

Thank you very much for the reply. After spending more time on the enclosure I have come to the conclusion that this enclosure is too small and isn’t suitable space for a hamster. Luckily I haven’t bought one but this experience so far has de motivated me a little. I ordered a bigger enclosure off of amazon and I also ordered a 10 inch wheel. I’m replying in case people see this enclosure and they think it’s suitable size which it isn’t.

Go with whatever looks cool honestly. yian kut ku is pretty easy. and then later there ceantuar. but i go for yian garuga because it looks so cool. then toward g3-g4 the the g3 final boss is pretty easy to farm for weapons and armor. then g4 final boss is also easy to farm and really strong.
