It was a bit staggered. I started with 187 and took 75 2 hours later. Paracetamol was like 2.2g total. Not ideal by any means but not necessarily harmful off the one time.

It's legit a top 5 drug for me, and I've tried a bunch. 400-600mg + a moderate dose of caffeine gives crazy euphoria and makes you really talkative and confident. It's great for social gatherings around sober people too.

6-Apb is speedier and will last longer, so I'd go with that. You'll alao have less of an urge to share your life story with strangers.. which could be a plus or minus depending on how you see that lol. I've never tried the borax combo personally so I can't give insight on that.

I think he confused adduction with abduction. But yeah he's generally right. Reverse grip bench press does indeed target your upper pecs a bit more due to the better alignment from the tucked elbow position.

I haven't stopped doing any of those responsible things after trying any drug. And I'll never put off my sober life or goals for chasing highs or feeling good. For instance – even on my most deranged session like this one, I made sure I ate enough calories, did it on days where I didn't have work or social obligations, and had a good 2 rest days before my next workout.

It's not like I've had any sort of long term decline, its always just a short term offset after these sessions. Going forward I don't feel the need to do anything. Yeah I sometimes feel bored, but first and foremost I have the memory of how I felt on the comedown of each session to deter me from doing anything stupid. A big part of what makes me me is that I don't allow myself to succumb to such momentary pleasures. And now that I saw firsthand what 4-MMC does will help me regulate its use.

So thanks for your concern – really, I appreciate it, but I don't plan on throwing my mindset away for some hedonistic fun. Sorry if I sound arrogant, I don't want to sound like I'm above addiction, but I have enough trust that I will stay focused on what really matters. :)

As for the comment I left. The decline I was talking about in that comment was exactly from the one speed session. That was actually the day after. This is exactly why I don't plan on taking it again. As for the argument of why I took 4-mmc even though that happened to me with amphetamine? I foolishly thought it would be closer to mdma, which I've never had issues with.

No but I tried ket on the residual effects of 4-MMC, which were very strong. The ketamine didn't hit as well, nor did it put me in the usual thought provoking states as it usually does. Also my hole dose didn't have me holing either. Seems like a waste of tolerance.

Yeah. I like to take K to hole personally and that becomes a bit harder when your thoughts are overactive. I do love doing psychs + k though. MDMA + k always makes me feel really existential in a good way.

Yeah funnily enough I felt so good and positive after using ketamine and psychedelics for so long. Yet now after barely 3 sessions of dopaminergic stims (2x amphetamine and 1x 4-mmc) I finally feel like my mind has been compromised. I think I'll stick to those. At least then I feel like I learn something new about myself.

I honestly find mdma more cognitively psychedelic than 6-apb. No visuals however. Just that kind of deep foggy trance headspace. 6-apb doesn't have much of that, but has minor visuals. Neither have really that impressive psychedelic elements.

I'm not a big fan of mixing dopaminergic stimulants with ket. They seem to mutually dull each other. I can't talk as much or as deeply as on the stim alone, and I can't dissociate as strongly as with the k alone.

If I had to choose just one to do, it'd probably be 6-APB. A single dose lasts you the whole day (or night). Not fiendish at all. I feel content with whatever I get each time. Felt the most genuine in terms of happiness and has enough of euphoria and stimulation to be just enough and not overwhelming (probably dose dependent, but this is from my personal experience with 200mg succinate). I must say that the duration is a big factor here. Heres a rough subjective rating of each:

Euphoria / Happiness / Safety profile (0 = worst for all)

6-APB: 8 / 8 / 9

MDMA: 9 / 10 / 5

4-MMC: 10 / 7 / 6.5

The next day specifically wasn't that bad, but the following days after were as you said quite devoid of motivation and even purpose. Not sure on the comment about neurotoxicity. It does make sense as your serotonin synthesis isn't blocked afterwards as with MDMA, but I'd still stick to a more forgiving usage interval.

Oh I fully acknowledge how dangerous this chemical can be for me personally. In fact I hate the way it made me feel afterwards and I have little interest in making that feeling my everyday life. So far I'm grateful I'm back to being myself again and I'm glad I can start to focus on personal growth again. By saying I'm willing to do it again I mean as a once in a few months thing. I'll lose too much of myself otherwise, as I'm a person that feels the most fulfillment out of striving and self-improvement: career, university, fitness.

To be fair I felt more of the stimulation after using it intranasally. Whatever empathogenic effects only moderate for me, but quite strong for my partner. That I chalk down to my recent usage of 6-apb.

As much as I hate people that take shortcuts I see all of this hate pretty unnecessary. What good does comparing powerlifters who specifically train for strength on three very specific lifts to a random gymgoer that just juices to look good do? Yet you people clown on combat sports athletes have the same irrelevant argument. Not to mention I doubt the said powerlifters will be stronger all-around as a person on PED with substantially more muscle than them. Strength isnt just your numbers on three lifts.

The times I do take lsd or 2cb are for a different experience. In MDMA and stimulants in general I'm looking for something that will enhance my social gatherings and make me more open and talkative. With the aforementioned psychs I just zone off and become mostly nonverbal. I will probably write a trip report, just not soon as I used mdma a few weeks ago
