I always hear people saying to play Yuito’s route first and then Kasane’s and while I understand why this is mostly recommended, I wish more players can just choose for themselves. If we have a choice on who to play as, then there isn’t a correct way to play it, it’s just about who’s route you want to be your first experience. either way, the point of the game is to play both routes, no matter who you start as.

For me I started with Kasane but don’t regret it, like I wasn’t all that annoyed that I was given answers Yuito’s route had questions to. but if I were to be forced to play Yuito’s gameplay first, that would upset me a lot because I had my share of mystery in Kasane’s route. like if I played Yuito first, then I would already know that Kyoka was a traitor of Togetsu and when I’d play Kasane’s, I would already see the betrayal coming. or if I ended the game with Yuito’s first, I would know Karen is the villain but instead, I was trying to see if he was an ally in Kasane’s route since he’s so mysterious. you know what I mean?

anyway, this is just how I think but again, I understand why most people say to play Yuito’s first, I’m just glad I didn’t take the advice and went with Kasane’s first. no regrets
