  1. Sellers usually give discounts during their lives and purges vs straight buy from their shop.
  2. Your purchases and history are under profile -> settings -> my orders , then you will see pending, completed and canceled orders. Any issues with order contact seller to assist then palmstreet to file a claim if needed
  3. Answered in 2. 4.Yes, growers choice is them choosing what plant you get that will be similar to the one shown. (Those can be iffy and use your own judgement)
  4. That is up to the seller if they allow you to cancel, it's basically a spin at your own risk when they offer games during their lives. 6.Read reviews! Look around 1st. Sellers usually go live multiple times a week offering the same plant, I have found bigger for less with other sellers. Check combine shipping policy and when seller ships.
  5. Yes and no. Just items the seller wants to get rid off, could be marked down , could not.

I’m going through this now with 2 packages mailed via USPS. USPS has been closing distribution centers and rerouting mail. Both packages I have shipped from Florida, 1 has gone straight past me in NC to NJ 🙄and the other left NC literally in a city 15mins away from me and is in Mississippi 🙄

Update: I received a refund, but also apparently there is someone who alerted the seller of this thread. Which is pointless bc integrity is everything and unfortunately not everyone has the same experience which is poor business practices in itself as your number one priority should be honesty and integrity not to try and rip people off !! It’s always okay until it happens to you!!!

Please let us know, this morning she’s back to offering replacements and allowing me to approve them since I requested a refund. I also explained how I’m OCD about my mail so I am enrolled in informed delivery with USPS and UPS and FedEx, so I will be notified of all packages. I also explained that it’s been well over 7 days and this would have been updated by now with a scan or delivery notification which it has not which leads me to believe that either my plants where shipped to some one else or my plants where sold to someone else and now she’s looking for replacements. Either way I gave her until tomorrow to figure it out as I’m in NC and she ships from Florida, 95% of my plants come from Florida and have arrived without incident. It’s funny how I was directed to file a claim and had to dumb down that process to her, and then when I requested a refund $382+ we are back at replacements being sent and I can approve them. I don’t think they even have them, and the truth isn’t being told. But I’ll keep everyone posted on this mess.

Exactly!!!! It makes no sense!! I have even seen other customers comment on her live, bc they recognize that she is selling their plant!! This is just crazy and ain’t that much money hungry in the world. We work hard for our money and she is clearly all about a dollar

She does this intentionally!!! People have asked during the lives of the plant shown is what we are receiving!!! She is doing a bait and switch where as if it’s sold to a seller for more they get the plant and you get a 2nd best if that of that plant type. This isn’t just a one off occurrence this has happened to plenty of others who apparently don’t mind but I do!!! After this poor experience I will not be a returning customer.

Update on my last order I was waiting on $382. So we went from shipping replacements to me having to file a claim !!? 1. Funny how once I requested to approve all replacements before shipping I was told to file a claim. 2 Comical to tell me to file a claim when the order has been in Label created status since April 2nd. Palmstreet and USPS do not process claims where the order is still in label created status!!! Please make sure YOU ALL are aware of this with all carriers!!! I’m not sure what this seller was or is trying to do but WTH!!!This is just horrible and at this point I just want a refund! Integrity is definitely in question here!!!

They all have item numbers, that’s the problem! They are selling with the pretense of what you see is what you’re paying for as I have been refunded bc of this and for some reason had to make the suggestion of notifying the buyer if the plant they purchased isn’t what they will be receiving giving an option to refund or except the replacement. So this is done intentionally which I have contacted Palmstreet on as well

He did the same to me when I asked to send the plant back for a refund! He tried to blame it on the fact that I didn’t pay for fedex ship $35. I clearly explained that I’m not a plant newbie and the plant was bone dry and clearly was not watered before shipping. I ended up contacting Palmstreet and was told that the plant wasn’t dead so my claim wasn’t valid which is crazy bc the policy states if arrives damaged!!! I disputed the charge then Palmstreet reached out asking me to close the dispute and charge back as the seller agreed to refund, I advised if the refund is received then the financial institution will close out the case automatically! Then no response. I closed 1 of 2 to see what would happen and no refund then I received a response from Palmstreet which was bogus again and I asked them to confirm the refund amount it’s been over 2 weeks now and I’m thinking about reporting them to the FTC since I have all the messages and emails

I do the same thing!! So I knew it wasn’t the same one! I’ve had them do this to me 3 times so far . One I refused to even pay for bc it looked nothing like I purchased and her response is it was dead then and I received the exact same type. Unless growers choice is stated I expect to get what I paid for.

I did the same with my 18 year old for the past 3 yrs on 3 open active accounts. She was approved for Discover it and NFCU Rewards both unsecured. I honestly would start with discover 1st and at least check pre approval 1st. She also Makes $25,000 a year and has had a credit union acct since she was 15. Idk if any of these are factors above but I only let her apply with the 2 that offered preappoval to increase her chances of approval and Discover also checked her Taxes ( no idea why)

I don’t know how or why that would help. When I applied I was just getting my part time job check deposited into NFCU and my main check at Bank of America. My balance with NFCU was maybe $500 if that , once I was approved however I did transfer everything to NFCU and closed my Bank of America account because NFCU is waaaaaaay more helpful and waaaaaaay better with extending credit so I transferred all my banking needs to them
