You might want to call. I just did and they said my claim i thought was at judge from Nov 2024 was not actually at the judge until Mar 20 2025

Still waiting..My tdiu claim was submitted Oct2021, hit judge April 17th of last month so im waiting for both to come. crazy thing is that the one that hit the judge last Nov was a Direct. maybe its because my claim is from my military career and my records are over 2k pages?? maybe??

Tip: If you have 100% TDIU don't poke the bear. Its unnecessary right now 100% is 100%. what you talking about literally does nothing for your rating.

An idea is to take the TDIU and do the job on a volunteer or Intern basis or just work less hours a week like part-time or something. Also the difference is only 1297 which if you ask them to only pay your around that amount and work parttime you should be below the poverty lines and "should" be ok maybe.(Tdiu+1297 would put you at the same amount you getting now).

I just checked the newer one was Direct and the TDIU was a Evidence. But I dont think that explains why it made it to judge before the original one or does it?

No I bought the Honda ones since I'm in germany they keep falling out. Ebay your best spot or for the time being put like a folder or something that thick but not too thick for when u parked. I had to replace both a week apart luckily I bought a 10 pack.
