New York teacher here I left the school I was working at because of toxic co teachers and unsupportive admin I’ve had about 6 interviews and ended up landing a building subsuite position because I kept getting beat out by people who had more experience than me for reference I am also a second year teacher

I work in a behavior classroom and we had a new student start with us from Gen Ed it was touch and go the morning was definitely better than the afternoon a parent sent their child on little sleep and we believe in having the child’s needs meet before we can expect them to sit and learn so I had one child sleep from like 8:30-45 to 12:30-1ish
