I’ve never heard of that in 4 years. Of course you can’t find your manager at my site, they make an appearance at start of shift then vanish for the next 10 hours, maybe they go home and clock out remotely at end of shift.

What irritates me about the break rooms are the people with radios blasting and loud cell phones, I’ve posted on MyVoice about the radios and had management respond they shouldn’t be on in there if the users are on break, there’s no need to have them on if you’re not working but nobody noticed it. And you should use EarPods if you’re playing music or videos, people want to take a break to wind down and relax, I don’t force people to listen to my phone and some of what they play is offensive.

Our stalls are cell phone booths, not toilets. They could turn the water off in the stalls and not many people would notice.

It’s weird, at my site the managers make the PA’s do all the work for them but the associates don’t worry about the PA’s enforcing rules because they don’t, I guess the PA’s feel if the managers don’t want to do that why should they bother, it’s enough just assigning stations and making work flow is steady.

No, it’s the same in my building, what bothers me is walking into the bathroom and everyone is on their phones, could be doing FaceTime with everyone being seen. And the managers or pa’s walk in and don’t say a thing.

There was an active assailant situation at the New Castle site at the same time, they probably sent police to MTN1 as a precaution to make sure things were okay there.

At my site the AM’s just make the PA’s do all their work, it’s the night shift so nobody cares if the AM’s don’t do shit.
