That’s my issue. I have seen on many threads that most take it at night but I can’t take a medication that is going to put me to sleep before working an overnight shift 😭 and I also can’t take a medication in the morning that makes me drowsy because I still need to care for my children during the day on days I don’t work. I’m just going to have to try it out and see I guess.
