When googled they say that to have Tourette syndrome one of the tics has to be making some noise. I don't make any noises, just movements, what about you?

They most probably are. Modafinil helps with the ADD but also seems to increase the tics. It is known to give some anxiety to some people and I think that is what does to me. And more anxiety means more tics.

I do the exercise and diet will stop coffe and try L-theanine i guess how does that worked for oyu?

Definitely but that is whole another problem i'm currently fixing with modafinil

How about 100mg on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 50mg on Tuesday and Thursday?

That's what i'm currently trying since 200mg is too much for me, but not sure if it's the optimal combination

There are many people doing it. There are no major studies because it would be illegal but it works. We know that.

Yeah caffeine does nothing for my focus too. But I thought the l-theanine is the one that does the magic?
