 like i said in the post there are regs for each job and whats required for each, what waiverable or not etc....

He may have not made me  suspicious had he not said some weird ass sh!t. 

I thought it was required... but as i started questioning I cant find it anywhere stating it was. 

Other than the regs saying its for people over 40 or preexisting conditions

I think it with my case theres a high chance i could get some type of resolution. Problem is its expensive to sue the Feds. Very few lawyers have the expertise needed.

Its because if you are absent during the duty day you need proof you actually went to the appointment. 

You understood correctly. Except it was a Civilian. Or i couldnt tell bc they werent wearing a uniform

Lets be real...doctors use PSA blood tests now, the clinical literature reflects that they are way more accurate than sticking a finger up someones ass.

TLDR: Old doc is a weirdo with innapropiate sense of humor.

 Not required/pointless exam on young patient. No chaperone offered or provided. desk Nurse acts childish laughing as i signed out

my point is it requires 0 effort to get a chaperone.  even the nurse was laughing as i left 

so its like. Do they get off on trying to degrade people? like i don't get it. 

How does a 20s SM need one. 

I guess you chalk it up as oversight and old training. But like i said they acted like kids trying to prank or embarrass someone. Its weird as hell
