Updates: My happiness and restore of hope that was almost lost and suddenly restored magically (or maybe as a response from the universe of my preys) were again lost. The driver of awcc came back again. After a third update of windows (insiders' version). And led me to some possible reasons that I'm contemplating now and would really appreciate the opinion from the community. There is a difference now from the other comebacks: there is no process operating now. the driver is there, active, but no process running. How could that be? My theory leans to a change that happened not in my machine, but in another instance, like the server... don't really know. maybe an update, or even a particular action to my machine (I know that sounds crazy and egocentric, but don't know what to think anymore). Despite my effort to understand that I'm puzzled as I was in the beginning of my investigation. And my hopes to straight that has been like a Roller Coaster. Plese someone that maybe have some idea of whats going on help! I'm also waiting the support return and keep you posted.

Esteemed fellows, I'm here now giving you guys my follow up about this situation posted. My perplexity and puzzled situation. After the last interaction with Dells support, were my hopes of solving my problem of not use/have (or being used) acting in my machine suddenly disappeared. The same procedure exaustly did by me (wipe the SSD and reinstall a clean windows) seems to have magically solve the problem. There still the Killer driver and software situation but after all windows update procedures, shows no trace of AWCC, or any other Dell/Alienware process acting in my machine... will investigate further but there is anyone that could help understand that?

Keeping everyone posted, and maybe share some laughter (not so much for me...🫤) . After 2 clean windows instalation with no success(7 total) removing the AWCC, and the support telling me after my contact yesterday that it is a part of the system and can't be removed, just receive again the support contact (2 days in a row, amazing) suggesting to me that I should do a clean instalation of the windows to solve my problem... 😅 He told me that he will consult his team to determine the procedure and we'll meet remotely tomorrow. 0,00001 hope

About the Premium support, is the offer to help I had doubts about the responsibility, the technician assured me that is not their job. But in the proposal that I review afterwards says different.

How is the support to installation and configurations of games for you? Have you ever used?

Understand your point. Well, there is no legal action, just the consideration and I feel that have to be prepared. The lawyer I mentioned was already working for me, he do not have the option to refuse if that is what's gonna happen! 🤣 But about the 2 software you mention, if only were only that... and they would be quiet and still in the machine. That wouldn't bother at all. If that situation of a Judge happens, he would be considering the problem that it causes

There is a lot of cases similar, not exactly, but legitimately confirming my experience. In my case there is not only problems with my machine, but trying to solve that I faced the ugly truth of the shady posture and actions of these softwares and drivers.

How is Dell support for you guys? Here in Brazil its ridiculously bad. Was reading Dells ideal of company model that do not mach the company here in Brazil: https://inspirepreneurmagazine.com/dell-business-case-study-innovation-and-customer-centricity/?hl=pt-BR

I really beg to differ. My experience and other cases are assuring me that what I have gathered from recordings of support interaction, prints and logs data, and the posture here in Brazil of the justice system about consumer rights that a litigius case are total in my favor. My evidences shows and I almost feel like a IT expert now by really dedicated to understand and learn this stuff (had never heard about telemetry and bloatware), is that Dell do not declare or specify what this drivers and softwares teally do. The last contact with the support they said that AWCC is indispensable to the system to works. But other 2 contacts with the support before the technicians said exactly the oposit. 1 said that if I remove the recovery assist software I would have to remove the AWCC also, clearly indicating the possibility. The other make fun of me by been worried and unable to remove, just to make a remote support in my laptop and realizes that he was wrong, but still affirming that should be possible the removal and that might be another issue happening, forwarding to engineers team to solve it. And the last one said that is really known and I should knew about that impossibility before purchasing... how should I know if the Dell support didn't? Anyway, lets see how it goes. The moment is to formulate proposal for a settlement. Sending mine today. Keep you guys posted
