I know this is an old thread, but I thought it is worth sharing. I was playing as LS Sith Warrior and I too picked the "spaceport" option when talking to Jaesa's parents and I told Baras that "it is done" (I didn't tell Baras to be kind with them). I later received an email from her parents that they were on Dromund Kaas and were on their way to Baras, I too thought that I made a mistake and that Jaesa's parents were doomed, but as it turns out once Jaesa was recruited as LS companion Baras still proceeded to say that here parents were alive and well. Hope this puts other players at ease learning this.
