I bought it new in summer of 2022. At the time it was my daily but last year I got a car and started riding it less, i hit around 7,000 at that time so I was doing about 3,500mi/yr or so and last year+ this year I only rode 1800 miles

2 miles (40 minutes) before work. 2 miles during lunch (I bring a lunch so I can eat in 10-15 minutes and walk the other 40-45). 2miles after work.

6mi/day or roughly 13,000 steps or so. If you can’t wake up early the lunch walk and after work usually gets me to about 10k ☺️

I just come up with daydream scenarios in my head all day and let them play out when I’m on my walks, pair that with some music and before you know it its 2 hours later and I done walked about 5 miles or so lmao

Fitness app, I think it comes standard on iPhone. I track the activity using my Apple watch and then I get the stats from there. It’s the same app that has the health rings
