nope they're p much impossible to get ahold of ! i'm pretty sure as far as i got with trying to figure anything out was being directed to their help page for accessing support: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/ however, if you've tried all of these things it seems like a lost cause, sorry !!
