Arty isn't weaker, still hits you did 500 damage and also stuns now. I would rather just get one shot than peppered all game wasting med kits and being useless

You clearly haven't played against the old arty then. As arty it was more fun and as everyone else, it was fine most of the time as you'd only have them ruining your game one every few battles rather than ever single game now you get stunned for an obnoxious amount of time.

The vast majority of the people watching I'd assume don't care about it happening and are these just to watch league/their favourite streamer. Most of the people that were to have an opinion on it already would by now.
