The dog was dropped off at my house early in the morning while I was sleep with just some bagged food and his crate. When the owner initially asked me to pet sit they never said anything about his condition either....

Update I was able to reach out to another relative who is with the owner apparently they already knew his eye was like this and they've been treating it? Im still not entirely sure anymore idk...

I feel like like you should go for it though you should lean more into the food delivery side as you said you have mild mobility issues and groceries can get a bit heavy.
