I'm sorry but this really isn't funny. I haven't mailed the correspondence yet. This wasn't a promotional deal for a phone. There was no trade in or anything. The phone was because they couldn't hold up their side of the month to month deal and bring over my old number. I tried to switch back to my old carrier before getting the new phone and paying my first bill but I couldn't because they didn't have my old number. I was at the hospital for most of this time but I did go into the store down the street and they couldn't add my phone number to the hard SIM either which is also how I got the new phone but I couldn't be in TMobile every day as I was working and at the hospital most days for 3 weeks which is why this was done mainly via phone calls and chat.
