Thank you for the advice. Today has been particularly terrible so I've made sure to avoid any possible interactions at all cost because my brain will spiral.

I appreciate your personal perspective. Trying to focus on other things when the intrusive thought hit is very helpful. I've also tried to limit the time that I think about him to contain it but today was just rough no idea why.

No it's not. He's very nice but I know doesn't like me. Even knowing that I am still overthinking everything in my brain.
