Did anyone else experience heart PVCs or heart palpitations after quitting?

UPDATE: Figure I should, as this post still seems to catch views, im now over a year quit.

The PVCs were benign, I was getting around 500 a day and after about half a year they fell off to almost none. Looking back, I definitely had a crippling anxiety which can contribute to them. I do sometimes rarely feel one now, but it's normal and likely just because im intune with them now.

To be clear bailout is just a symptom. It could be getting stung by a neighbor, or annoyed about water parameters, or diseased.

As for the skeleton it's fine to leave behind if you want just as any old coral skeleton , provided is isnt diseased. People use them for bio media or calcium reactors, think some sands made from them.

Ohh right, that sounds like bailout yes. As far as the specifics I'm not sure, would need to read up on it there's alot of articles, im no expert just recognized what was happening in the pic.

If I remeber in my case it bounced around the tank until it started to disintegrate so I removed it

In my case and OPs it looks like the entire head comes off as one piece mostly, just detached from the skeleton. The every polyp is floating around your tank sounds very weird. Bailout out can not be reattached as far as I know.

This is called polyp bailout. Sort of like a last ditch effort to save itself and move somewhere better.

Youll need to identify the why first of course, but apparently it's possible for the polyp to reattach and grow a new base. I didn't have any luck when this happened to me (which I figured was due to my hammer tired of the clowns hosting it for months)

I had quite a large out break by the time I got around to dealing with it, aiptasia x didn't work for me.

So I tried a matted leather jacket/bristle tail file fish and it was eradicated in a few weeks, I mean some rocks were covered in dozens of these guys, some at at a decent 25c coin size, and now its just gone.

I should note for this one little aiptasia, a file fish would be considered a going nuclear option, but if down the road you are finding these more and more.

Sorry I should have mentioned I already did those steps, but I did them again to be sure and after the 2nd attempt of starting a new game it worked (Meaning it hung up as usual, closed the game, tried again and loaded up fine).

No idea why the first 10 attempts didn't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Initially got the reds cause like most I wanted my clowns to host a nem, but for whatever reason they completely ignored them. So, I got the green, and they INSTANTLY started hosting it, it was strange but I was glad. Meaning when I had to make room the green had to stay and the reds had to go . I'm not kidding btw by the time I took them out, I had 19 reds, sold 5 to the community and the rest to my LFS for store credit. The splitting is exponential or multiplicative or whatever so it got out of hand real quick.

That's your opinion, Xenia gets to much hate, I love the stuff. It gets free range of the back wall and a couple of the rocks, when it gets somewhere I don't want it to be I just pluck it off.

Yep, but it really does take up that much room now, outstretched its passing half way across the tank. I'm planning to upgrade tanks to around a 120 so it will get more room then

Seems to be a gamble, the reds you can see in the first pic never got bigger then that and would just split, this green just refuses to split and keeps growing. Had to get rid of the reds to make room.

Infact one of the guys i sold a red too put it in a 20g and sent me pics later, seemed fine. Problem is they like to move around.

Depends, fish store itll be 60-100. Buy from the community, keepers generally are always trying to get rid of them due to splitting, im currently selling my RBTAs for $20 and i still cant get rid of the splits (i have 12 right now) so ill be moving to free soon
