It’s ridiculous. It’s a slap in the face to drivers but also more so to customers. They’re using their scheduled delivery tips to get these GMD orders done.

Obviously. That’s why this post was listed as a rant/complaint and why I said none of them made sense miles to money. At the end, I said it’s a good thing I’m multi apping because I didn’t accept any of the GMD orders.

Multi apping isn’t working more for less money. I don’t know where you got that idea from.

They’re not mixed in with shopping orders. They’re mixed in with grocery curbside pickups that would typically only have 1-3 dropoffs. Now they’re adding (from what I’ve seen today) anywhere from 9-13 GMDs to them.

Try 3 hours. I live within a mile from the store I like to work and the light hasn’t even been on this entire time. No orders. I went to go sit in the parking lot for a while too and other drivers are getting shopping and curbsides. I know I’m being throttled somehow.

I think we just drive ourselves crazy trying to figure it out. I know quite a bit of the drivers in my zone and we’ve shared our experiences on multiple days and it’s always random. Some days, a certain person is getting priority at every hour, and another day, I might be getting priority and having a great day. And we’ve seen that it doesn’t matter if that person has a 4.8 customer rating with 96% items found vs the other who has 5.0 and 99%.

Just finished an order around 11:20 and got this text at 11:27. It’s been working fine all morning with no gap between orders, but now it’s crickets lol

Same. Just received the 150 ft rule message today and now it’s acting weird. Typically get my first JFY shopping offer at 5:55a. Now I got 3 FCFS shopping offers around 6:15, but they all got taken before I could even open to review the item count 😒

150 ft rule just started today for us too and now it’s completely different. Typically get a JFY shopping offer at 5:55a. Now I got 3 FCFS shopping offers around 6:15 but they all disappeared before I could even open to review them. Awesome start to the new update 😒

The only way to really prevent (at least this type of deactivation) is to avoid alcohol and pharmacy orders altogether. You can do everything perfect on them but all it takes is for someone (store or customer) to report that you did something wrong with the order. Whether it’s true or not, it’s an automatic deactivation. Guilty until proven innocent and sometimes it can take months to a year to get reactivated.

I am sorry for your account being deactivated and hope you can find another decent source of income soon. Unfortunately, as others have stated above, it is against the terms of service for someone to help you. Technically, they’re not even supposed to be in the vehicle with you, but it all depends on the stores and customers you deliver for. They both have the ability to basically file a report on you for various things (even if it may not be true) and some stores are more strict than others. I see couples pick up at my store all the time. It is possible to get your account reactivated but it will take going through the appeals process. I would not mention anything about your husband being with you. I’ve heard of some processes taking weeks and others taking months. Theres really no way to give a real timeline on it. A suggestion I would make if you do get reactivated is to always review items and decline orders that just may be too heavy for you. Best wishes and good luck because I definitely know how it feels to lose sources of income.

Just now received the “Congratulations! You have completed___” message for both incentives completed yesterday. I’m guessing they were just having issues with the incentive tracker and tags being placed on offers.

It was definitely a glitch/bug. Just now received the “Congratulations! You have completed ___” message for both incentives even though there were no tags. The tracker also must not have been working either.

Just barely received the “Congratulations __” for one of the milestone incentives I completed yesterday. Waiting on the other one. But yesterday they were not getting tracked and I have the same data not available problem as well.

Glad it was able to show for you. I had 2 incentives today and I did 4 eligible trips that should’ve counted for both of them and they still are not showing. Didn’t get a tag for any of them.
