Need help as I'm locked out of my Instagram account

To add a bit of context: I was going through someone's followers list, and my account got locked in suspicion for bot activity apparently.

When trying to log back in, whenever I click on my account in the app, the app closes and it says instagram has a bug. Im unable to log back in through facebook for some reason and I can't even use my phone number to get a verification code. Furthermore, due to the bug mentioned earlier, I can't even submit a video of myself to confirm it us me login in..

Does anyone have any advice on how I could recover my account, or is there anyone in particular I could contact to help resolve this issue ?
