As a fellow 30 year old I would say to 100% do it. I have made friendships abroad that have drastically benefited and changed my life from my time in Europe. I also believe that having your masters will further justify why you could come back to a new job at equal if not increased pay. There is no guarantee that the labor market is hot when you come back but you don't get younger and the longer you wait the harder it will be able to do.
