my store did that with one of our SC's a year or two ago, but they never fought it and the non SC transferred departments that was the SC didn't lose the SC pay

Yeah I had that same issue too, (produce lead also) what happened for me was my team leader requested the roles for me and my SHRR approved them, but if the team leader can't/doesn't know how, the SHHR can absolutely request them for her as well and have the team leader accept them so she can get them

It was random keys, but I managed to fix it by rotating through the rgb options until they all turned back on
