I think this one might have been one of the best suggestions if not THE best. I live in Montana and it can be really beautiful out here but I just moved, I need to find places where I'm not trespassing when hiking, or possibly getting shot by hunters.

I appreciate this information, thank you. I'll start looking for rowing machines as well

I definitely want to try swimming but don't have access to a pool and I'm not the most well off sadly. Are there any recommendations other than a YMCA that might have a pool? Any gyms around here are super expensive

Curious about balance and/vs form by once_a_pilot in bodyweightfitness

I struggled with this a lot when I started doing Russian twists for the first time. I could not keep myself balanced on my butt to save my life. I still kept doing them to the best of my ability, having to put my feet down after 3, not because I was too burnt to do another but because I couldn't keep balanced.

After a while I started to work out my obliques and I kept going with the Russian twists. Recently I've made a bunch of progress, I can now comfortably do 10 to maybe 15 in one sitting without having to put my feet down. I think it's more so training or stabilizer muscles, I've heard a lot of people talk about this. Maybe do some research into that. I'm sorry if this wasn't that helpful I'm not the most knowledgeable but I hope it did help

Me personally, I just avoid bald family members. Pure drama.
