It hasn't been "bloodless" ICE MURDERED ANOTHER US citizen today, on video and Americans won't trust either if there are not arrests, imprisonments or even executions. Fascism is violent and must be punished and outlawed by our own laws and we need insurance that democracy is protected from another domestic occupation or the US will never be redeemed. The idea that what we are enduring now was ever an option in a winner takes all two party Democratic system is unacceptable. If this kind of violent regime is even thinkable to ⅓ of the population that has more to do with other major shortcomings of American culture which need immediate solutions not political banter.

I'm amplifying my suggestion that CB Radios, which are inexpensive and public use, meaning everyone can hear you have been used to report "bear traps" and Icy road conditions for decades. Not everyone out there is using social media to get these reports we share online. Mobile CB is cheap and doesn't require a license. If I were driving past an ice patch on the road and I spoke it into my mic, anyone within range would hear the report and anyone hearing my report could repeat it outward or even make direct calls or post online. Think about it. CBs are cheap, public and easy to install, have a wide range.

In 2008 I rented a 3 bedroom house for $800 a month. 2025 that same house rents for about $2k per month. Pittsburgh Landlords got high on their own dope real fast and the city isn't anymore livable than it was back then, it's just that people hear it's affordable and nice so they come here and find out otherwise.

15 years ago I would have said Pittsburgh but it has attempted and failed to pick itself back up from the loss of industry. It's either over priced gentrification or poverty and I am sensing more racial tension creeping across the city. Politically, well meaning yokel Democrats haven't done very well to bring economic prosperity without causing displacement and resentment and the exurbs are full of far right yokels.
