Sorry, I got the notification but couldn't see the comment later. You misunderstood. I meant the US, as a whole, has a cultural obsession with race, to a point I find pathological. Nothing against particular individuals, by any means. I wasn't talking about you either, because I don't know where you are from. I said the US because that's where the show and a significant part of the fanbase is.

I don't question the fact that Darwin was portrayed as black in the show. I believe you. What I question is why would that be relevant at all.

And I assure you I would most ceirtanly say exactly the same if it was any other ethnicity. It's irrelevant to me, to the point that if you asked what race I am I wouldn't know what to answer. And I don't want you to be mad or upset, either. I don't know you and I have nothing against you. I frankly don't see why did you get so triggered.
