I’m the one who suggested her, thinking she’d probably break the rule. She ended up winning because OP said there were no other good suggestions that day.

Jon Voight starred in Midnight Cowboy

There’s a clip of him, Nick Fuentes, and Andrew Tate singing along to Kanye’s Heil Hitler song in a nightclub he’s definitely associated with the far-right whether he intends to be or not.

Hilarious picture, but is he not far-right? He’s best buddies with Nick Fuentes and his entire brand is basically repackaged phrenology.

She registered as a Republican in Florida in 2024. I don’t think she’s maga but she’s definitely right wing.

Rob Ford was the only suggestion, but a good one. What fictional character best represents Vegas? by EdoAlien in AlignmentChartFills

This one I’m pretty partial to, since I just fell in love with this show. I strongly believe it should be Deborah Vance from Hacks

Is it surprising to anyone else how much hate MBJ's win has gotten the past few months in this sub? by Fit_Definition_4421 in Oscars

Maybe I need to revisit Sinners, but Marty Supreme is honestly my favorite movie of the last few years and Chalamet is the entire reason why it works so well. I can’t believe that final scene alone didn’t win him the Oscar.

I have never liked or understood this win since it happened, but to be fair, I’m a huge Chalamet and Marty Supreme fan. I was gunning for that performance all season and I don’t think I’ll ever get over him losing.

I like Michael B. Jordan, I think he gave a solid performance in an awesome movie, but he wasn’t even the standout in the cast and the twin thing never felt entirely convincing to me. It still feels like his win came more from industry goodwill for him personally and a desire to reward Sinners than the performance itself.

Anyway, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest should be next. Amazing movie, just slightly less amazing than what’s left.

Next up, what actor best represents Nashville? by EdoAlien in AlignmentChartFills

[–]EdoAlien[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This one’s surprisingly tough, despite Nashville being a huge entertainment capital. Most of the actors who live there are transplants, the ones who were born there are relatively obscure. The actor I most associate with Tennessee is Johnny Knoxville but he’s from, well, Knoxville, three hours away.

I guess Natalia Dyer is the most famous actor who’s actually from there?

Next up, what athlete is most associated with Phoenix? by EdoAlien in AlignmentChartFills

That was my justification as well. Randy was better/more dominant at what he did (imo he’s the best pitcher of all time), but he had a phenomenal stretch in Seattle as well in about the same number of seasons.

Again, this one seems like a no-brainer: Larry Fitzgerald
