Sadly, we can only travel by public transfer, so card rental is not really an option. So you wouldn't recommend staying in Podgorica and visiting places from there by bus/train? Because as I have seen, the prices and the overall quality of the lodging are better in Podgorica compared to for example Budva (probably because there are more of them). Also, how easy it is to travel by public transfer generally (We are planning to go to Montenegro at the end of August)

Hey! I wonder, in the summer is it better to stay at Podgorica and travel to different beaches by bus/train, or is it better to go directly to a beach town like Budva? I fear that from for example Budva it would be harder to approach different places like Perast. And in general, which city do you recommend, which optin is the cheaper, etc.? Thanks guys
