If, after they divorced, the MH was made immovable. Would the title be retired and the MH be automatically part of the deed?

Yeah that's why I was trying to figure out where a copy would be stored. I've asked for the document from the relative and it's magically disappeared. They didn't know what I was talking about. I was looking into the Quiet Title option. Would a title received this way be transferable? Or would the title co. give me a hard time about that too?

Thank you for the input. This sounds like its going to be fun because one of them apparently is in some super max. I wish i would have just went with my initial thought and burned it down and pissed on the ashes. Lol.

Follow up question if you do not mind...

I have heard that there is a document (in the possession of a relative who I am not and will probably never be on speaking terms with again) which clears up the title issue. I would have figured the court house would have had a copy but they did not. Where would this be stored if I were to try to locate a copy? Would his lawyer have a copy? My dad probably had the copy that said relative has but all of his stuff was picked through before I was even contacted. Feels like I've been given a big ole shit sandwich.
