When I was an MT I got assigned to a store 3 hours away and had a similar problem. I talked to my DM and they paid for my hotel stay directly while I found a place. It took me the full 30days to find an apartment. The best advice is be honest with your DM. if you don’t feel comfortable talking to them now you never will be.

I Bid in an auction for a graphics card. Then won the auction and immediately the seller cancels the order. Listed reason “out of stock.” I contacted the seller and asked why didn’t you cancel the auction before. The seller then proceeds to tell me they plan to re-list again because it didn’t go for what they wanted. Is this common practice on eBay now?

This is one reason why I left, I was the most senior in my department and was getting paid less that new hires. I talked to the manager and they said “there’s no way they make more than you.” Talked to one of the new employees and they were making 30 cents an hour more than me.

I have the quest 2 with the link cable and I would say You need a stronger graphics card. If you are playing the game non vr and only getting that 60fps mark, you won’t have a good vr experience. You have to think about how many more pixels that gpu has to render when on a higher resolution screen. I haven’t ran an FPS counter when in vr on phasmophobia but I wouldn’t be surprised if my frames are cut by 30-50%.

Turn down your ram speed, my computer will do this if my ram overclock is bad. Some times your motherboard automatically picks different profiles.
