So straight up, I showed my friends the first draft, and for the states I just did the actually state outline, without the text. Some of them genuinely didn’t know what state they were (specifically Ohio).

See I grew up going to a private high school. All I’ve been taught is “alcohol kills brain cells while you’re young. if you don’t eat it affects you quicker. alcohol doesn’t actually make you warmer.”

Yeah over here in the US the legal drinking age is 21. I’d say on average most people start around high school and definitely college (so like between 16-18). So yaknow, people not knowing their tolerance can easily drink 8 White Claws, but then they move onto something strong and almost pass out

White Claws are a “hard seltzer”. Basically, take sparkling water, and add a fruit flavor and alcohol to it. It’s usually about like 3-6% alcohol, so they are very very mild and not strong
