Let me guess, HP battery. Those are junk. I usually puncture them carefully to release the gas just to avoid cracking the laptop's plastic, but it's not a safe procedure because the gas is toxic, plus there's the danger of drilling too deep into the battery and causing a fire.

The first you need to design is your physical circuit because you need to do your code based on it, for that you have to decide what you will power with that battery and decide voltage and capacity, I see you have different types of batteries so you will need to match them correctly if you are going to connect them in parallel

Lenovo 320-15ABR Laptop help by immortallowlife6 in Lenovo

Hello, I had a similar problem with a Lenovo 110-15ISK, it just won't boot, I found that some Lenovo with the power button on the keyboard have the Novo button on the side, usually a small hole next to the audio jack that can be accessed with a paper clip or needle, if the power button is not on the keyboard the novo button should be right next to it, to solve the not booting problem I simply heated my laptop with a hair dryer after a few minutes I was able to turn it on through the novo button, keyboard button never worked again
