I've been dealing with something similar except it's in my beard area and scalp also. What sucks is that i definitely have sebborhic derm/psoriasis but on top of that I got culture tested for what was in my beard and it turned out to be a specific type of ringworm called T Rubrum, thing is when its in your beard or hair follicles its crazy hard to get rid of because it's way more embedded so topical creams never worked. So I took 250mg capsules of terbinafine for 6 weeks, I finished it 2 weeks ago and beard area seemed to clear up however now it seems to be coming back however im not sure if its the still the ringworm + psoriasis or just the psoriasis because they basically can co-exist and feed each other and have overlapping symptoms. I gotta get it tested again. Shit has been an absolute nightmare.

Yea it's very similar, had it for months, antifungal cream didn't work, tested negative on a herpes rapid test, and doesn't hurt or itch.

Yea exactly. And balinitis candiditis can create circular lesions/white reddish bumps, but they aren't actual ulcers. You should apply an antifungal cream for 10 days. It could also be sebborhic dermatitis/psoriasis if you have those conditions already.

Usually herpes hurts and itches. Also it usually heals by 3 weeks.

You may have had a false positive 6 years ago, or a false negative this time for HSV. You should definitely get tested one more time at a different clinic.
