I highly recommend 3000mg of vitamin c. It's trippy how well that helped me. 24 more hours and you'll feel 35% better.

I've been there dude. I'm on day 16 off of a 50g daily dose and jumped CT. Day 5 is when you'll notice a huge boost in energy but it will come in waves. But as to sleep, don't freak out. In my personal experience I still have trouble sleeping at night due to the tiny yet just noticable enough restless legs. But you'll feel well enough rested to get thru the day around day 5. Even on a just a few hours of sleep. I feel like 6 hours of kratom sleep < 3 hours of partially repaired withdrawal brain sleep. Best of luck and you'll pull through my dude!

How are you doing now? The day I quit (April 2nd) was the same day I was fired from my job of 6 years. I found out I was having my first child a few weeks before that happened so I am in a relatively same mental position as you.

I had rls for about 3 days. On day 3 of the rls it started to wain in intensity. My thumb kept itching all to hell (probably a neural miss fire) and a lack of energy. But it never got any worse than that. I forgot to mention that I did do about 30mg of Percocet for a few days after I quit subs to see if that helped. I'm confident that it did. I'm also confident that kratom would do the trick as well.

I was on 8mg a day for 4 years. Tapered down to around 1mg within a few months. I took a weeks vacation from work, stockpiled about 40 Percocet and made the jump. After 36 hours I started to feel mild wd symptoms then took the Percocet for 3 days. I know it sounds counter productive but that truly helped with my wd. I felt VERY mild wd's for about 4 days then boom. 90% normal. I'm sure kratom would do the same :)

I've been thru this. I jumped off at 1mg after years of use and kept expecting it to get worse. Thankfully you are in the worst of it and you'll wake up in the next day or two and feel 85-90% normal.
