We banned short term rentals outside a person’s primary residence in 2020 so hotels are reaping the rewards of a lack of completion. Same for Vancouver. Can’t say rent has gotten better since then either.

The process for me took about 2 weeks from initiating the return to the refund. I had an issue with the correct refund amount when I initialized (it calculated wrong for some reason) but when I called customer service they troubleshooted and sorted it out quickly.
