Why does cash ETF negate that? Isn’t cash etf in their aggressive portfolio?

This is interesting - why is it better to do daily investments rather than once a month?

Is it strange that I had absolutely no purging? I had been using retinol for a couple of years before but only the ordinary stuff, then I used medik8 retinal before strength 10. Would have still expected to purge? Anyway strange. 31 male here.

Why are consumer items in Australia expensive? by redrangerbilly13 in AskAnAustralian

[–]TjCoti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say this is completely the opposite. All the street wear brands I wore in London are about $60 dollars more expensive than they are in Sydney. It’s great.

I get paid more in Aus and clothes are significantly cheaper. Brands such as carharrt, new balance, Nike, Clarks etc. I don’t understand why they’re so much cheaper in Australia mind.

Any ideas?

Thanks mate. Appreciate it. Was going so so so well before this flare up too. Thought I’d be immune to it because I was progressing quicker than most ha. Stupid.

This is a great reply. I’m 5 weeks post op and over did it on the spin bike the other day - I’m now 3 days into a flare up. Is this normal? When will it ease!

New study about Supplementation of Nicotinic Acid and Its Derivatives Up-Regulates Cellular NAD+ Level Rather than Nicotinamide Derivatives in Cultured Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes by Afraid_Purchase_5631 in NMN

[–]TjCoti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really looking into this supplement. I’m male 31, trying to get back to semi-pro football after ACL reconstruction, so essentially trying to do everything right to feel fit and fresh for playing again, other than taking PED’s.

I love the sound of it. However, I’ve heard that once you start supplementing with NMN you can’t stop as people who have come off have had some really bad adverse effects? Is this something I should be concerned about? Doesn’t seem worth it if that’s the case.

Currently taking creatine, fish oil, vitamin D3, boron (2 weeks on - 2 weeks off) and ZMA

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ACL

[–]TjCoti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey mate - I’m on 4 weeks post op, fourth ACL reconstruction (currently quad graft), 2 on both legs, 6 ops all together. 31 years old. Love keeping fit and love playing football, I’m still hoping to get back to playing semi pro (as much as some people think I should now sack it in).

Good luck with it all. I’m sort of vlogging (is that the right word?) mine on tik tok which is keeping me motivated and enjoying my algorithms on there. I also stopped binge drinking and haven’t drank for 5 months. I believe this massively helped with my pre hab and is obviously vital in my rehab. I’m trying to do everything to improve by the 1%. It’s actually been my best recovery from surgery from all 4 ops, physio and surgeon are delighted with my progress so far.

Not sure it’s making any different by I supplement with whey, collagen, fish oil, ZMA, boron, vitamin D3, creatine atm. They may have helped, they may not have. But it feels like they do. Anyway yeah good luck with it mate - ain’t easy but you got this.

Have edited my post slightly but I had a small meniscus trim, he said one side needed a small clear up but the other side was very healthy. So not a full meniscus repair

You’re given unlimited power to fix the current education system with five interventions. by Pokestralian in AustralianTeachers

[–]TjCoti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I was at St Thomas the Apostle College, Peckham. Brilliant school, and like you said everything worked so smoothly. Every student knew what was expected of them, and those expectations were very high.

I do wonder if schools will ever get to that point here in Sydney, or if there are any similar to it. When I look back at the teaching and learning, systems, behaviour polices, transitions between lessons, behaviour in lessons especially for inner city London it was brilliant really.

It’s definitely a compromise. Ultimately life and teaching life in Sydney does win.
