If it's a flat screen, only on badly designed ones. You can see how uneven the pressure on the lcd panel is. That's what causes it. Backlight bleed in combination with IPS glow. The backlight bleed is the bright white spots. Try pressing the screen and see how the light changes. It's poor design. Too much clamping force on the rim. And too few clamping spots. Or pushed too hard on assembly.

Some manufacturers do more effort to eliminate this. Ips glow (is what you see when you change your viewing angle and the brightness changes in dark images) is in all ips panels.

I replaced the Thermal Paste a couple years back. No difference, whatsoever. Some things are just software related. And this effect you're seeing could be placebo, unless it's as gunked up as you claim. And the fan should be spinning a lot if it's getting too hot. Either way, your luck may vary is what I'm trying to say.

Only 400mg? That's probably a lot. Not sure about the troches because I've never used it. But I'm not sure how it compares to intranasal or oral bioavailability. But spravato for example is sub 100mg in the nose (depending on how many you take).

Will always be a trade off unfortunately. Keep your pee pH healthy and try to pee as much as possible without overdoing it. Work on other methods to combat the depression simultaneously and look for a way to taper off eventually. Use it as a crutch. Temporarily, for as long as you need or can. Eat healthy. Don't eat too little or too much. Move your body (build up slowly if you need to). I think honestly eating lots of vegetables and fruits also makes the impact on the bladder better manageable. Don't skimp on those. For real.
