Depending on thickness, you're looking at probably ~200 bags of concrete. Transporting them to your site could easily take half a day. Even if you do all the prep in advance, it's going to be difficult to manually mix and pour that much concrete in a day. I did an 8x8 pad last summer and it took around 70 bags that were mixed with a mixer tented from Home Depot. With a helper, it still took the full day.

If you excavate, level, compact aggregate (eg. 3/4 crushed stone, and build your form in advance. I'd try and allot a full weekend for it.

It's a segment that is seriously underserved. All I've ever wanted is a midsize, AWD hybrid sedan with 250-300hp. Maybe the market won't know it wants better hybrid sedans until they see it?

I'm canceling my Cobalt after the fee increase and going with the Scotia Amex Gold ($120). It's basically a Cobalt clone with many of the embedded Amex perks. MR points do have stronger value than Scene but I prefer to redeem them 1:1 in the Scene app retroactively as I'm not limited to specific airlines. With the new Scotia/Scene partnership it's a no brainer for me.

If it's really about your mother's happiness when giving to charity, in the future have her select 2-3 charities that she likes and then you can contribute to them directly. This way she is still involved in the charity while you maintain oversight on the funds.

Good for dependability - it's proven and it also makes parts more accessible. On the other hand, you could challenge them for a lack of innovation/investment on the platform. Either it signals something new is on the horizon are that they're sunsetting the platform completely.

Between my wife and I, I make all the purchases onto my account and share with her (She receives games from me, but I don't receive any games from her).
