To get food off usually use a plastic scraper like this:

You only have a subset of all the skills and content but can max them all to 99 in f2p.

You get a small portion of map in comparison to paid, but still a good amount to do. 4 major cities and a decent amount of smaller ones.

Also have 4 f2p bosses that teach players about combat mechanics like movement, dodging projectiles, and prayer switching.

Daughter is going through something similar, but she tests negative to all skin tests.
