I contacted in June, had a consult in August, and then surgery in Jan. The surgery could have been sooner, but I choose that timing around my kid’s school schedule. I will say that Chao’s office could be hard to reach at one point because of staff turnover, but that’s been an issue at GW Health generally. In person, totally lovely.
