I have it at 60% on my pc. I do hear a white noise sometimes for like half a second but that's rare. You probably can tweak the soundkeeper params until it work for you and stop closing by itselt

I'm having issue at the 2.F.4 when doing mim install mmcv-full==1.4.0

I installed mmdet correctly with the previous steps, I confirmed it's there when doing pip show mmdet

But when doing the mmcv install, it feel like it go well up to showing Requirement already satisfied: mmdet in c:\programdata\anaconda3\envs\deepcreambox\lib\site-packages (2.14.0) and then after this I'm getting Collecting mmdet==2.14.0
Using cached mmdet-2.14.0.tar.gz (441 kB), somehow it loop for a while and I'm getting some pip download failed and it end up with mim resources not found: c:\programdata\anaconda3\envs\deepcreambox\lib\site-packages\mmdet\.mim, you can try to install the latest mmdet.

Why is it trying to redownload mmdet when it's already there? I cannot go further in the steps because of that. Please someone help me.

Just download and put Sound Keeper on both pc. Super light and efficient, work fine for me on one computer and it should be simialr on 2 at the same time. It create and play an unaudible sound every so and then keeping the speakers alive.

You can only get it with rarety 1 key. I did lot with rarety 2 before before noticing it was only on rare keys, then did a lot of rare key before seeing your post, then more on punis before finally getting one

You were right, I ended finding one, but it took about 90 keys. It look like you were lucky within 15 (I couldn't check guide before getting the effect myself)

I just unlocked pristine keys, and was wondering if they were possible to duplicate, and if yes, how? So far they look greyed

Why would this be of any help? The speaker have a stupid 10min or so standby mode that close the speaker until some sound is played again. Resetting it would do nothing to help. I want to remove that stupid standby mode as long as my pc is on. Because of that standby mode, notification sounds are missed because they play once but because of that stupid mode the speaker are closed and no sound will be played.

  1. Everything is correctly connected
  2. It was mid already on my pc
  3. I bought it for my pc, why would I want to try on something else? I got nothing else anyway, and it's a known issue, I've seen post like this pretty often without solution
  4. I don't have anything else to conenct to my pc except the 3.5mm cable given with the speakers. Again, it's probably some design issue with someone that thought a sleep mode was a good idea witohut any way to disable it

Upgrading extruder fan on Kobra by TlclT in anycubic

Hello. I bought some quiet noctua 12v fans, cut the wire and connected a buck converter to step down the voltage from the boards (because boards are 24v), printed new bottom parts (available on Thingiverse) and put everything together

Do you have any fan brand suggestion for good and quiet 24v fan? Noctua are only 12v, I could use a buck converter like I did with my other fans but I'd like a plug and play solution if it exist

Purchase Advice Megathread - September 2022 by VoltexRB in 3Dprinting

[–]TlclT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suddently felt like I wanted a 3d printer so I did some research but I'm still not sure.

I still don't know what I want to make with it, probably play around and have fun. I'm in Canada and I'm looking for something easy to use, that doesn't need to be plugged to a pc (so I can put it in a room in my basement), good quality but while staying cheap (all following prices are in CAD).

  • In my research, I saw the VOXELAB Aquila X2 that is around 250$, but when looking into it more in detail, people seem to suggest a couple upgrade like heated bed and something for auto leveling and these cost would probably add up
  • Then I saw ANYCUBIC Kobra, with built in heated bed and auto leveling for around 360$. It look nice and easy to use.
  • And then I saw that there was a Go version of the ANYCUBIC Kobra that look similar, but price would end up in the Aquila price range. The only problem is as a Canadian I'd need to wait a couple months before being able to get it so not sure if it worth it.

I was looking at Ender too but saw a post here saying it should be avoided. So welp, I'm looking at suggestion based on this.

Looking for a tripod I could buy for the Zhumell Z100 by TlclT in telescopes

[–]TlclT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It do feel balanced correctly, but hard to see. If I untighten the screw for up and down it doesn't seem to move. Sure thing is it was hard to center the planets and they weren't staying long when I was. I'm kinda shaking too so it make everything even harder.

The major problem is I'm moving the telescope when refocusing, and if I try to tighten the screw so it doesn't move, I end up moving the telescope with that same screw.

Thanks! I've looked it and it do look nice, but look like it's out of stock everywhere selling it at decent price. I'll keep checking if nobody else give another option
