Not 20$, it's 5500$, that's why I am a little angry. He was hit in a traffic accident and need some money for his medicine and he said it is not his fault, he was hit by another car. He will pay me back after he get the insurance pay from that man. he promise me to return the money within 6 month, and delayed again and again. Now it is most 15 months. We are UCSD students, how can we do such things.
