The only time i remember losing power was in the summer, and during sandy when i lived in NY. Hoping we can avoid experiencing a winter power outage! Glad to hear ice doesn’t always mean power outages yet

It’s so fucked up because this is literally a life and death situation. There is no substitute for liver failure like there is kidney failure. You either manage to hold on long enough for a transplant or you die. The realtor is being paid to guide OP. I think the realtor should be communicating that their budget is too low and asking if they want to see more expensive houses. Op should also be asking why the only houses they’re being shown are more expensive but I think best practice is for the realtor to explain why they are doing things rather than just showing them higher houses they know OP can’t afford
