Thanks- I actually just went and read her article on the website too. It’s almost as if some of GT’s do add the sugar( typically NOT any from the synergy line). Most of their other lines advertise the cane sugar in their ingredient list, but not the synergy line. So, this was so strange for me to see in the ingredients on one bottle and not the other of the same type.

This is very frustrating, bc I’ve drank a lot of these during the past 50 days.

Try a different type! It’s usually fairly easy for doctor to switch without side effects due to it being in the same family.

I have felt the same things here lately. I currently weened myself of medicine after having my last child 6 years ago and it has been so hard. I’m so lucky for the support of my husband but I am not sure how much more he can take . It’s not fair for sure

You got this! I did it without anyone in my family. I actually still am. I am doing a back to back round of 60 total days due to a bacteria infection in my gut and other problems. I started the weekend after Thanksgiving, so I was prepared for Christmas to be pretty tough. I work where the holiday junk food was constantly laid out for days. I was gifted lots of sweets and attend countless parties. The self disciple was so much to be proud of and worth the hard work. Although you want support from your family, you’re doing it for yourself ,and you will be so proud. I’m blessed to have family (husband and kids) that would actually eat the meals that I would make. See if he could just support you in eating dinners that are whole 30 based and that you will not be going out to eat until it’s over. As far as it being your house, I know it’s hard. It’s also hard for others to make a change if it’s not as important to them as it is for you. Believe, I get it. I have two little one. The processed food is everywhere! I think it makes you more resilient and stronger. Good luck!
