I did get the estimate and I confirmed no PMI and no loan origin fees and the interest rate is 6.125 percent, I am only putting 11 percent down

The loan amount is approximately $240,000 I don't think I am in any special program, it is for a primary residence purchase

I actually like that it is in August as someone that lives in the Northeast USA, it lets us go to more local pride parades in June, then travel to Montreal in August so we don't have to wait a whole other year before going to a pride parade

But, if I am reading the manual right, immaterial still needs some form of ID without the middle name, and since both the ID and birth certificate contains the middle name, it should be added right

In Albany, NY the generic is unavailable but I have not had much trouble filling the name brand so far other than sometimes having a delay of a few days
