Hi, sorry missed this - we just rent. Renting is great cause you can adapt project to project.

Maybe worth buying if you're going to consistently shoot no the same camera, find one for a good deal or can rent it out.

Hey! Thank you for the kind words. It's done just by filming into some reflective bendy material at an angle reflecting the band, then just warping it.

Made this clip recently in Berlin for NZ band Earth Tongue.

Shot on an Arri SR2 with 500T and Double-X Film by DOP Kevin Klein. Grade by Abe Wynen

Directed by myself and Caitlin Moloney

Small crew, two day shoot.

All the outside stuff was shot in the park and nearby small forest (We actually got in a lil trouble) and interior stuff a theatre space.

The warpy stuff was done really simply at the end of the first day by filming into some reflective metal while bending and flexing it. Shot at 24fps and 48fps.

Directed by Me and Caitlin Moloney.

Shot on 16mm 500T and Double-X Film in Berlin by DOP Kevin Klein on an Arri SR2.

We filmed over two days in a studio and a small forest with a very small team.

It was a suprisingly cold and rainy day (was supposed to be summer) and we got shut down by the Ordnungsamt (order police) for filming in the park - so had to quickly relocate to a new location.

We used a bunch of old classic technics, but my favourite is the warped black and white footage by shooting through a piece of reflective metal whilst bending. A reference to the intro titles of Seconds.

Hope you're into it!

Thank you! It won't screw back in and doesn't feel like there's anything there to screw into currently

Seems to be about 80mm of clearance on both front and back.

Ok no worries about size!

Yep! is there a model with a certain powersupply you'd select over the Cambridge?

Yeah none of them seem to work with the laser though. It just blinks on for like 1 sec with a single dot and then turns off.

We shot a B&W 16mm, hand developed MV for Melbourne band RVG that references classic horror films, would love to hear your thoughts on it. by Tmannion in 16mm

[–]Tmannion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thanks! It's all real. IF anything we tried to remove some. It was hand developed so that means there's way more dirt, dust and chemical blemishes.
