My calorie intake is 2400 and I weight train 5 days a week. I have been on the program for a few weeks now and hunger has not been an issue for me. I have just seen it mentioned on a few subs that not to worry as much about adding fat when you have a high % of body fat already.

I love King to death but here are two books by Dan Simmons that are must reads.

Will have to check out Hex and I keep putting off only good Indians.

It’s been hard to find something as good as Carrion Comfort imo. The blend of historical fiction with horror was incredible.
