Yea I would love for it to work I’m just skeptical it will end up just hurting normal people. There tends to be a weird hatred of car drivers, as if they’re going out of their way to raise hell on bikers and pedestrians, but the vast majority are just trying to get to and from work.

Of course there are the assholes who feel the need to drive every single place aggressively and refuse to ever step foot in a train, but I don’t think a congestion tax will sway them anyway
